✅ Good News from Your Local Policing Team ✅

 Two arrests have been made during the working set, one of which is a prolific shoplifter who was repeatedly targeting local businesses in Shard End, Hodge Hill and Solihull. The shoplifter was charged with 13 offences and as a result they were given a custodial sentence of 26 weeks.

We have recovered four vehicles including an electric offroad bike, two stolen cars and a vehicle with no tax.

Officers conducted speed enforcement around the Shard End area which led to numerous fines being issued.

We have completed a  trial walk around aimed to set up a street watch.

 

The team continue to do proactive patrols around the local parks and other open spaces, together with areas where there have been reports of anti-social behaviour.



PLEASE be aware of leaving children and animals in vehicle unattended without suitable ventilation.

We are encouraging members of the community to report any sightings or incident involving this via 999.
