Appeal for information and dash cam footage following serious assault on A10 |

Detectives investigating a serious assault which has occurred on the A10, are appealing for witnesses and information. The incident occurred between 7am and 7.10am today (Tuesday 7 July) on the #A10 southbound carriageway heading towards #Ware near to the Puckeridge roundabout. The victim, a man in his 40s was parked in a layby in a white BMW X1 to take a phone call, before he was approached at this window by two men, who seriously assaulted him. The offender(s) attempted to take the victim’s wallet, before making off in an unknown direction. The victim was taken to hospital by paramedics from the East of England Ambulance Service with serious injuries.
