Barkingside SNT – High Visibility Patrols

Today, Barkingside Safer Neighbourhood Team were out and about conducting high-visibility foot patrols in the Woodford Avenue and Wycombe Road areas.

The patrols focused on providing reassurance to residents and members of the public, whilst helping to deter anti-social behaviour (ASB), public order offences, violence against the person, and other criminal activity. Engaging with the community and maintaining a visible presence remains a key part of keeping our neighbourhoods safe.

During our patrols, we also promoted Met Engage, encouraging residents to sign up and stay connected with their local neighbourhood policing team. Met Engage is a great way to receive updates about local policing activity, community events, crime prevention advice, and issues affecting your area.
