Local Burglary Message

Here’s an update on burglary locally.

A prolific burglar, who had been targeting St. Gabriel's Walk, was arrested on Sunday 5th July 2026 with the assistance of St. George's SNT officers.

The burglaries were targeted specifically at high value bicycles of residents in the area and were a serious cause for concern, becoming a priority for local neighbourhood officers to investigate.

Across London, we’re now arresting more than 1,000 extra criminals every month and seeing local crimes like burglary, robbery and theft start to fall, with ‘neighbourhood crime’ down 14%.
