Shoplifting arrest turns into drug arrest

This morning, the officers attended a local address to arrest a shoplifter identified for 2 thefts from JD Sport in the town centre. 

Whilst conducting searches, the 17yr old male was found to have a bag of cannabis, a smaller set of scales (than the one in the photo) and small self seal bags.

Therefore, along with the thefts, he has also been arrested on suspicion of drug supply.

He is now at custody awaiting processing by our interviewing team.
