Weekly Round Up

Dear Residents,

There have been a number a number of Interference of a Motor vehicle and Theft from Motor vehicles reported over this week including some vehicles where car parts have been stolen in the Ladywood area.  

Please use a steering wheel lock 

Make sure you lock and secure your vehicle, do not leave valuables in the car and remove important documents.  

Think where you leave your vehicle keys, do not leave them close to the front door.

Please be mindful and vigilant when walking /cycling wearing earphones there has been reports of people being targeted for the earphones.  

As a Neighbourhood Team this week we have been focusing on ASB Awareness Week and have conducted high visibility patrols to known areas of ASB which include Chamberlain Park, the Edgbaston Reservoir, Sun Lit and Moonlit Park, Peace park.

Thank you to our local street watch members for continued community patrols. 

The warmer weather is coming again so pleased be mindful leaving doors and windows open even when you are home, there are always thieves looking for an easy opportunity to gain entry to your property, and vehicles. 

Please make sure your sheds, garages side gates are locked. Move your wheelie bins inside your property away from any side gate entry. Please don’t leave your property in darkness, leave a light on.
