House Burglary - Near You - The Residence, Leeds Road, Bowling and Barkerend, BD3

Dear Resident,

Between 00:00 on 03/07/2026 and 12:47 on 04/07/2026, unknown suspect/s gained entry to a property in the area by unknown means. Once inside, the suspect/s carried out a search and stole a personal item before leaving the location unseen.

Crime Prevention Advice:

Ensure all doors and windows are locked and secure when leaving your property, even for short periods.

Keep valuables and important documents out of sight where possible.

Consider installing or maintaining CCTV, video doorbells, and security lighting.

Report any suspicious activity, vehicles, or persons in your neighbourhood to the police via 101, or 999 in an emergency.

Residents are encouraged to remain vigilant and look out for neighbours, particularly those who may be vulnerable.
