Community Engagement in Gants Hill

Today, officers from SNT Barkingside conducted joint patrols with Redbridge Enforcement Officers (REO) in and around Gants Hill, focusing on tackling anti-social behaviour (ASB), addressing issues linked to Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG), and providing a visible reassurance presence within the community.

Officers were also present outside Tesco Superstore, Gants Hill, with a crime prevention and community engagement stand. Throughout the day, we spoke with many local residents, discussed community concerns, and shared crime prevention advice to help keep people safe and informed.

These proactive patrols and engagement opportunities are a vital part of strengthening community relationships, increasing public confidence, and working together to keep our neighbourhoods safe.
