Incident at King Georges Playing Field

Hello members,

This message is an appeal for information or witnesses.  On the 16th June 2026 sometime between 19:15 and 19:40 there was an incident whereby a large beige coloured dog attacked a Cocker Spaniel in King Georges Playing Field.  This incident has caused injuries to the Cocker Spaniel and distress to the owner.  

The beige dog was described as being large and an XL Bully type, not necessarily an XL.  This dog did not attack any people and was on a lead.  The owner was described as being a white male in his 20's, wispy moustache, medium build, about six foot tall.

If anyone witnessed what happened or knows who this person is please also make contact with us.  

Any assistance in identifying this person will be greatly appreciated.
