Theft from Motor Vehicle - Audley Street

Good morning residents.

Unfortunately we have received a report of a Theft from Motor Vehicle on Audley Street, Ashton.

The theft has occurred between 5:00PM and 10:45PM on the 2nd July.

The victim has discovered their vehicle door had been opened by unknown means and a wallet was stolen that had been left on one of the seats. 

Please be mindful about leaving items of value inside your vehicle especially leaving them on clear view to anyone looking through the car windows. The majority of thefts from vehicles are committed by opportunist thieves and any “ Valuables on view” make an attractive target.
