Trentham and Hanford - Criminal damage to motor vehicles and theft of milk bottles - New Inn Lane and Neighbourhood Watch signs have been put up.

Good evening everyone,

Apologies for e-mailing twice in one day, however we have had two incidents reported this afternoon.

We have received a report that a vehicle has had its wingmirror removed and another vehicle had its emblem removed. The incidents occurred on New Inn Lane (between the two blue arrows on this map), between 19:30 hours on 03/07/26 and 13:30 today. 

We have also received a report that this morning (04/07/26) at approximately 02:53 hours, 3 persons, wearing dark clothing and having their faces covered, stole milk bottles from the driveway of a property on New Inn Lane. 

The incident occurred between the two blue arrows on this map. 

The suspects direction of travel was from Victory Park Drive onto New Inn Lane during this time. 

We are currently investigating these incidents and establishing if they are linked.

Neighbourhood Watch signs 

This afternoon myself and PCSO Eggleton have placed 16 Neighbourhood Watch Signs in the new zones that have been recently created.
