Go Out Stay Safe Event Coleshill

Officers from Coleshill Safer Neighbourhood Team have been out alongside members of North Warwickshire Neighbourhood Watch, speaking with members of the community and raising awareness about spiking and how to stay safe whilst enjoying a night out.

As part of our GO OUT STAY SAFE campaign, officers and Neighbourhood Watch have been offering advice and handing out Bottle Stop protectors and cocktail glass covers to help people protect their drinks and stay safe.

In addition, as part of Anti-Social Behaviour Awareness Week, officers have been carrying out high-visibility foot patrols in and around Coleshill town centre this evening, focusing on locations that members of the public have identified as areas of concern. These patrols provide an opportunity for officers to engage with the community, offer reassurance, and address any issues affecting local residents and visitors.

It was great to speak with so many people throughout the event, discuss personal safety, and share practical advice on how to reduce the risk of drink spiking.
