Good news for a change.

A woman who was reported missing by care staff while attending a WWII-themed event was found safe and well within 30 minutes of officers being alerted.

It was later established that, unknown to staff, she had gone to browse some nearby shops, prompting concerns for her welfare and a missing person search involving patrolling officers PC Rafi and PCSO Robinson.

Thankfully, she was located safe and well, bringing the incident to a positive conclusion.
