Do you recognise this man? (Photo in the below link) We would like to speak to him in connection with a reported theft of a bicycle from outside Totton Health & Leisure Centre, Water Lane, Totton. During the incident, which occurred between 3.30pm and 5.30pm on Tuesday 2 June, it’s reported that a man cut off a lock and stole a black Trek Marlin. We believe the man in this image can help us with our investigation and would urge him, or anyone who knows his identity, to get in touch with us.
