Multi-Agency Schools Roadshow Delivers Important Safety Messages

Kent Police recently joined partner agencies in delivering a multi-agency schools roadshow, providing students with valuable information to help them stay safe and make positive choices.

Throughout the event, students took part in interactive sessions covering a range of topics, including:

🌊 RNLI Water Safety – Learning how to stay safe around the coast and what to do in an emergency.

🔪 Knife Crime Awareness – Understanding the dangers and consequences of carrying knives and the importance of making safe choices.

🚭 Vaping and Alcohol Awareness – Exploring the health risks associated with vaping and underage drinking.

👮 Kent Police Anti-Social Behaviour Input – Discussing the impact ASB has on local communities, victims, and those involved, whilst encouraging responsible behaviour.

As part of the roadshow, students were invited to complete a survey about the sessions. The feedback received was extremely positive, highlighting high levels of engagement and demonstrating that young people found the information both valuable and relevant. It was encouraging to see students actively participating, asking questions, and engaging with the various agencies throughout the day.
