Together, we’re building a safer, stronger Hounslow—where everyone feels respected in their homes, streets, and shared spaces.
Anti-social behaviour (ASB) can take many forms—noise nuisance, intimidation, street drinking, or ongoing neighbour issues. Some may feel these are “small problems,” but we know they have a real impact on wellbeing, safety, and community confidence.
We also recognise that some residents feel reporting doesn’t always lead to change. We hear that—and we are working to improve. But the reality is: If it’s not reported, it doesn’t get addressed. ✔ ASB often escalates if left unreported ✔ Patterns of behaviour help us take targeted action ✔ Early reporting protects vulnerable residents For those who prefer to “handle things themselves”—we understand that instinct. But situations can quickly escalate, putting you at risk. Know who to contact: 🚨 Emergency (immediate danger): 999📞 Police (non-emergency ASB with criminal element): 101🏠 Hounslow Council (noise, waste, neighbour disputes without crime): 020 8583 5555🕵️ Crimestoppers (anonymous): 0800 555 111👉 Please complete the attached community survey—tell us where and when ASB is affecting you.
