Appeal following digger theft

Officers are appealing for information and sightings after a digger was stolen in Wimblington. 

The orange machinery was taken from a building site in Wimblington Road during the early hours of Saturday morning (27 June). 

Historically these vehicle thefts can be a pre-cursor to ATM ram raids, and we therefore urge residents to be vigilant and report any suspicious behaviour to us immediately on 999.
