I am Police Constable 21790 JUDD-INGRAM and I am the Designated Neighbourhood Officer for STOURBRIDGE TOWN.

✅ Good News from Your Local Policing Team ✅

During the Month of June we have conducted a large number of tasks as requested by the public in order to try and progress some of the many issues raised.

We have conducted a number of “speed watch” events of the Ring road, this was followed by a Pro-Laser operation during which a number of tickets have been issued, letters sent regarding speed and Section 59 orders issued to vehicles. These orders allow officers to seize vehicles should further Anti-social driving take place.

Officers have made a number of arrests in relation to theft offences in town, this has resulted in a number of offenders charged for 10 offences

officers have made positive identifications in relation other offenders for further shop thefts, those persons are now on PNC and WILL be arrested shortly.

1 youth has been arrested and placed on bail in relation to the damage caused at the RYEMARKET with the other 2 offenders to be arrested and dealt with in the same manner.

Officers have engaged with a number of youths and their parents in relation to E-SCOOTERS, advice has been given regarding the use of these items and a number of recoveries will be made should these youths decide NOT to adhere to the law regarding these SCOOTERS.

Please be reminded to close windows oof your homes at night and to shut any vehicle windows which had been left open.
