Unravelled the identity of a suspect causing ASB on Eltham High Steet

Dear Residents,

A male suspect has been  causing anti-social behaviour such as going inside the McDonald's asking money from customers and the staffs and also casing trouble in POPAYES and possibly in COSTA.

Yesterday Eltham Town & Avery Hill ward SNT team encountered him sleeping inside one the McDonald's  tables and inquired his details but failed to obtain but now due to circulation of his picture his identity has been unravelled.
