Some of us enjoy the warm weather, but unfortunately it often brings an increase in anti-social behaviour. We have received a number of concerning reports, including: Campfires being lit near dry grass. This is extremely dangerous, as fire can spread rapidly and become uncontrollable within seconds.Individuals jumping into open water. While this may seem harmless, there are significant risks involved.Trespassing onto private property, including using residents’ gardens as gathering areas.Groups congregating in car parks late at night, revving engines, performing stunts, and playing loud music. This is disruptive to nearby residents trying to rest.Cannabis use. Aside from being illegal, the smell travels and affects others who should be able to enjoy their homes, including having windows open during warm weather. This behaviour is not acceptable. Please be considerate, think about your actions, and be mindful of how they impact others in the community. If you witness anti-social behaviour, please report it to the police via 101 or to the ASB team at Babergh District Council.
