|
Dear Residents,
I wanted to make you aware of a recent rural theft in Bidborough on 20th June, where a number of high-value tools were taken.
I have visited the victim and offered advice and support following the incident.
Although no arrests have been made at this stage, enquiries are ongoing to try and locate the stolen items and identify those responsible.
Incidents like this are always concerning for our community, but there are simple steps we can all take to help reduce the risk and protect our property.
If anyone (particular residents of Bidborough) did witness anything suspicious on the night of 19th June and the early hours of 20th June, please contact Kent Police on 101 quoting crime reference 46/99413/26. ✅ A few helpful crime prevention tips: 👀 Please stay alert and look out for one another: By staying aware and supporting each other, we can help make our rural communities safer.
To join the Kent Police Rural Task Force (RTF) Farm Watch WhatsApp group, email the team directly at rural.task.force@kent.police.uk
The Farm Watch WhatsApp is a dedicated messaging system used by rural communities to share information and suspicious activity directly with the RTF team. However, it is strictly an information-sharing tool and not for reporting crimes
If you do see anything suspicious, please report it via 101, or 999 in an emergency.
Thank you for your continued support.
