Closure order secured following investigation into anti-social behaviour in Halliwell |

Working in partnership with Bolton's Council Community Safety Team and Be One Homes, officers from our Bolton Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) have taken decisive action through the means of a closure order, in order to tackle anti-social behaviour (ASB) in the Halliwell area.
As a result of information from communities, our teams carried out extensive work to gather evidence and respond to ongoing concerns ultimately leading to securing a full closure order for a residential property on Kempston Gardens.
The application for this order follows reports of persistent and serious ASB, drug dealing, and violence linked to the address, which has had a significant impact on local residents.
Our teams and partner colleagues worked closely to build a robust case, and this coordinated action demonstrates our commitment to listening to concerns and taking firm enforcement action where ASB harms our neighbourhoods.
