The Performance and Accountability meetings take place between the Police and Crime Commissioner and the Chief Constable. They are held by the PCC every quarter and are open to the public. 

Meetings are attended by the Chief Constable Jason Hogg and relevant senior staff from both the Office of the PCC and Thames Valley Police and are an opportunity for the PCC to publicly hold the Chief Constable to account.
