Closure Order carried out on KINGSDOWN ROAD

I wanted to provide an update regarding drug dealing / drug use, which some members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey.

Recently, a partial closure order was conducted at an address that was a major source of drugs criminality and ASB on KINGSDOWN ROAD. Several individuals were in the building, and according to intelligence, engaging in regular drugs use. TOLLINGTON SNT took action on this, taking several statements and pieces of evidence from members of the public. Following this, they promptly passed this evidence to Islington Council, who conducted a closure order, removing the drug users from the property.
