The Big Fair – Sunday 5th July 2026
The Big Fair Day is a long running, family friendly street fair held along Heath Street NW3 (Hampstead Station up to East Heath Road). It includes craft stalls, food outlets, a small stage, funfair attractions, and licensed alcohol vendors. Attendance is weather dependent but can reach up to 20,000 over the course of the day, with around 2,000 people present at any one time.

Your Hampstead Town Safer Neighbourhood Team will be attending the Hampstead Summer Festival Big Fair 2026 on SUNDAY 05/07/2026 from 1200 hours to 1700 hours.

The Big Fair Day is a long running, family friendly street fair held along HEATH STREET NW3, from Hampstead Station up to East Heath Road.

There will be plenty to enjoy, including:

🎨 Craft stalls.
🍔 Food outlets.
🎶 Live music and a small stage.
🎠 Funfair attractions.
🥤 Licensed alcohol vendors.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Activities for the whole family.

Free entry.

This is a popular community event and attendance can be weather dependent, but the event can see up to 20,000 visitors across the day, with around 2,000 people present at any one time. 

Officers will be there to speak with residents, visitors, businesses, and families throughout the day. Please come and say hello if you see us. We will be happy to offer crime prevention advice, answer any local policing questions, and engage with the community.

A few reminders for the day:

✅ Keep mobile phones out of sight when not in use.
✅ Arrange a meeting point with family or friends in case anyone gets separated.
✅ Report anything suspicious to police or event staff.
✅ Please drink responsibly and look after each other.
