🌞 Gorgeous weather means taking a dip in the sea or your local rivers 🌞

As we encourage members of the public to enjoy the weather and get out while you can, South Wales Police would also like you to know the importance of staying safe in open water.

           🏊 HOW TO STAY SAFE 🏊

   🩳   Be visible, wear brightly coloured swimwear

🧍🧍 Don’t swim alone in remote areas and let family/friends know where you are

   ⌚   Check the current times 

   🥶   ‘Cold water shock’ spikes your heart rate, let your body adjust
