Weekly Update

Good Morning,

Over the last seven days, there has been 2 burglaries one on Heeley Road and the other on Hubert Road offender/s stole iPhones. One attempt burglary on Frederick Road.

We have had 4 theft from motor vehicles at the following locations, Gristhorpe Road, Winnie Road, Dartmouth Road, Langleys Road, items stolen were registration plates, Bonnet and Bumper and loose change.  On Harrow Road and Manilla Road we have had 2 theft of motor vehicles. A black Yamaha moped and White Mercedes Sprinter.

Please empty your vehicles of all belongings, check that your fob has done its job by taking the time to ensure all windows are closed and doors locked before leaving it unattended. Invest in anti tamper screws for your vehicles registration plates.

With the hot weather we are seeing a lot of vehicles with their windows left open and unattended, which opportunist thieves are taking this an easy win to take items from vehicles. Please ensure the windows are shut.
