Weekly round up from the Hodge Hill Neighbourhood Team

This week the police officers have made 4 arrests, your local PCSO'S attended an incident where a member of the public had their phone stolen, the phone and the offender was located by the PCSO'S and the phone was taken back to the victim and the offender was arrested by officers. 

2 vehicles have been seized this week for no valid road tax.

2 Street watch patrols conducted by PCSO Robinson and PCSO Marsh, we conducted these patrols with the Firs and Bromford Group and the Hodge Hill Group. These walks were 2 hours long for each group.

We have conducted a Crime prevention surgery and a community meeting this week where we have addressed concerns from the local community and have given out crime prevention tools in order to keep people, houses and vehicles safe from crime. 

Officers have been conducting proactive patrols in problematic hotspot areas across the ward in order to engage with offenders and taking positive police action.

These areas include the following, Brockhurst Way, Old Bromford Lane, Common Lane, Coleshill Road, Washwood Heath Road, Old Moat Way, St Margarets Road, Church Walk and Washwood Heath Road.
