Outraging public decency appeal, Exeter

We are appealing for the public’s help to identify this man in connection to a report of outraging public decency in Exeter.

It was reported that on the evening of 15 May a man performed a sex act on himself on The Quay in front of groups of people.

Officers investigating the incident believe the man pictured may be able to assist with enquiries.

We are aware the image is of low quality, but we still believe somebody may still recognise him.
