Sneak in Burglaries 

Insecure or sneak in burglaries account for 1 in 4 burglaries in West Yorkshire. The method of entry is usually by an unlocked window or door especially in the warm weather where we start to see an increase in this crime. 

Make sure that all windows and doors are always locked. It only takes 60 seconds for someone to reach through to open a door or window fully, gaining access to all your possessions, some of which will be family heirlooms that have been passed down through generations of family.

 We know it’s hard in the hot weather that we are having, but it costs nothing to prevent this happening other than your time.
