A Message from Your New Neighbourhood Inspector

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself as the new Safer Neighbourhood Team Inspector for Worcester and Warndon.
 

While it's not the most significant leadership change making the news this week, I thought it was only right to let you know who'll be leading your local neighbourhood policing team.
 

I've recently moved from an equivalent neighbourhood policing role in rural South Worcestershire. During my nearly 20 years in policing, I have been fortunate to serve as a neighbourhood constable in Cathedral Ward and as part of the City Centre Team. 
As a result, I know Worcester well and understand what a privilege it is to return and serve the city as its neighbourhood policing Inspector.
 

I expect our neighbourhood teams to continue being visible, accessible and focused on tackling the crime and ongoing issues that cause the most harm to our communities.
