ELLESMERE PORT EAST RossmoreAnchor Drive – 16/06 – Window smashed by a male using a pole. – Male arrested and charged. ELLESMERE PORT WEST Little Neston & BurtonNeston Road – 17/06 – Damage was caused to the rear balcony glass of the property, believed to have been struck by a pellet fired from the playing fields to the rear. Incidents reported relating to theft, with the exclusion of shop lifting & vehicle theft:
ELLESMERE PORT EAST Ellesmere Port TownCheltenham Road – 20/06 – A handbag was stolen from the kitchen area of Wolverham Community Centre, where the Food Bank was in operation. A mobile phone that had been inside the bag was later found discarded on the grass verge on Underwood Drive.WhitbyStanney Lane – 10/6 – A secured locker within the changing rooms at David Lloyd Leisure Centre was tampered with to gain access. A Canon G7X camera was stolen from inside.Thirlmere Road – 17/06 – Accessed gained into rear garden via an insecure gate. Black metal stunt scooter, with purple handlebars taken.RossmoreMeadow Lane – 11/06 – Parcel taken outside property.Don Walk – 20/06 – Between 2pm and 3pm, an unknown offender accessed the rear garden of a residential property and stole garden furniture, consisting of a sofa, chair and coffee table. Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt THEFT FROM motor vehicles: ELLESMERE PORT EAST WhitbyRibblesdale – 11/06 – Ford transit Connect entered via an insecure door and a passport was stolen.Clydesdale – 15/06 - Suspicious male picked up on CCTV trying door handles of vehicles and walking down driveways during the early hours of the morning. Nothing reported stolen.Avondale – 17/06 – Male picked up on CCTV trying the car handle of a vehicle parked on a residential driveway. No entry gained. – During enquiries another resident reported their vehicle had been entered and items taken, but this has never been officially reported. Ambleside – 17/06 – Access gained into a secured Audi A5 by unknown means. Wallet stolen.RossmoreKingfisher Street – 12/06 – Entry was gained to a Mercedes A180 by unknown means. Keys, a bank card and a bag were stolen. Door handles of other vehicles in the vicinity were also tried; however, no further reports have been received. Named suspects identified. ELLESMERE PORT WEST Sutton Pooltown Road – 10/06 – Ring doorbell has picked up an unknown person trying the doorhandle of their vehicle during the early hours of the morning. No entry gained. Incidents reported relating to DAMAGE TO motor vehicles: ELLESMERE PORT EAST RossmoreGrosvenor Wharf Road – 02/06 – A Peugeot 3008 parked in Quayside residential car park had a tyre punctured by a nail.
