Neighbourhood Policing Week as a PCSO on the Bardon Beat

This week I’ve been at HQ training on how we can be more effective in neighbourhood policing, focusing on problem solving and listening to our communities 👂🏽🧩  

It’s also been a busy week on duty, dealing with shoplifting enquiries, foot patrol around Greenhill, road traffic collision management, and anti-social behaviour enquiries ⚠️.

As a PCSO, my role is all about being visible, supporting the community 🤝, and helping keep people safe, no two days are ever the same.
