Primrose Hill Section 35 Dispersal Order

Good afternoon,

With the increase in warm weather, and ASB/Crime that often follows, a Section 35 Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Police Act 2014 Dispersal Order has been authorised by Inspector CORR.

This dispersal order covers Primrose Hill Park in its entirety along with a number of surrounding roads. A full map can be found attached.

This dispersal order has been authorised for the full duration of 48 hours, commencing at 18:00 19/06/2026 and ending at 18:00 21/06/2026.

During this time, if a constable has reasonable grounds to suspect that the behaviour of an individual has contributed to, or is likely to contribute to: members of public being alarmed, harassed or distressed, or the occurrence of crime and disorder, that individual can be asked to leave the highlighted area.
