Our Priorities Retail Crime & High Street Safety: Addressing shoplifting and antisocial behaviour on Northfield High Street through partnership with the Northfield Business Improvement District (BID)Targeting Drug Offences: Increasing patrols to address reports of drug use and dealing, with Operation Wayfarer focusing on disrupting these issues.Begging and Street Population: Addressing issues around street begging, drug use and anti social behaviour in public spaces.Crime Prevention & Youth Intervention: Focussing on reducing shop theft, providing early intervention and tackling organised crime in the Birmingham area What’s been happening? Officers attended Lark in the Park at Manor Farm ParkOfficers assisted with operations surrounding patrols in relation to The World CupOfficers arrested a wanted male for failing to appear at court.Street-watch patrols have been conducted in the area.High visibility patrols of Northfield Highstreet conducted. Good News A new speed-watch group has been set up in Northfield, keep an eye out for us as we will be conducted operations soon.
