Old Police Cells Museum tells the story of policing in Sussex |
||
|
The Old Police Cells Museum, which is supported by volunteers and the Office of the Sussex Police & Crime Commissioner, has revamped and tidied the male cells to tell the story of the formation and changes to policing in the county over the years, and are displaying fascinating artefacts and items in new cabinets. They will be revamping their female cells in 2027. They offer guided tours on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, at just £6 per person. They also offer private tours for groups of up to 15 people, and can tailor tours to meet your interests. The Museum is located in the basement of Brighton Town Hall.
