Commercial Burglaries in Fulham

Dear all,

Over the past few evenings there have been some overnight burglaries in shops and cafes across the Fulham area. This has understandably raised concern in the business and residential community. 

Each incident has been attended by our emergency response colleagues and will also have been assessed by our forensic department officers. Your local neighbourhood policing teams have and will be conducting follow up visits in an effort to raise awareness, provide crime prevention advice and obtain CCTV footage if not already done so by our response team colleagues.  

I can share some positive news, in that following a further burglary at 0330 hrs this morning on Fulham Palace Road (Tesco's), local officers have made a proactive arrest on suspicion of that offence. 

Your local Neighbourhood Policing Teams are coordinating with the investigation team and are sharing their in depth local intelligence & knowledge. I hope to be able to provide further positive updates as the investigation continues.

I wanted to reach out and reassure you all that the response teams, neighbourhood teams and local investigation teams are doing everything possible, both reactively and proactively, to bring these crimes to a halt.
