Do you recognise this man? - The Maltings and the Cathedral |
||
|
We have released an image of a man we would like to speak to following two assaults in St Albans city centre. On Thursday 28 May at around 10.30pm, a man was racially abused while sitting on a bench in The Maltings before being assaulted with a metal stick, causing injuries to his wrist and waist. Moments later, a teenage boy was also targeted, sworn at and struck on the wrist with a metal object. The man officers want to speak to was in the area at the time and was accompanied by a black dog. Sergeant Mike Saunders said: “We’re keen to identify the man pictured as we believe he may have information vital to our investigation.” Can you help? Report information: Stay anonymous:
