Theft from vehicle - Near You - Lilythorne Avenue, Idle and Thackley, BD10

Dear Resident,

We would like to notify residents of a reported incident that occurred between 20:00 on Friday 12 June 2026 and 00:00 on Monday 15 June 2026.

An unknown individual gained access to a vehicle boot by unknown means and stole property from inside. The incident was unseen, and enquiries are ongoing.

✅ Advice to Residents

Ensure vehicles are locked at all times, even when parked at home

Do not leave valuable items in vehicles, especially in the boot

Check that your vehicle’s alarm and security systems are working

Remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity in your area

If you have any information or may have seen anything unusual during this time, please report it via 101, or 999 in an emergency.
