Police are investigating a burglary in your area that occurred overnight between 22:00 on 13/06/2026 and 08:00 on 14/06/2026 on Oliver Road and Lawrence Crescent. Three vehicles had goods taken from within and 2 were damaged

Do you have any information which would assist North Yorkshire Police in finding those responsible and help keep your community safe?

Did you or anyone who you live with, hear or see anything around the above time and date?

Do you have any CCTV coverage capturing the burglary, or anything happening on the street before or after?

Do you have a vehicle with a dash-cam parked in the area?

Did you catch anyone trying door handles on your Video doorbell?

Security Advice

Ensure that all house and car doors are locked overnight, and windows are locked or on a latch.

Remove any valuables from sight and it is advisable to keep house/cars key, wallets/purses, phones/laptops/tablets out of sight

Consider fitting a security light to the side of your property.
