CBO for prolific offender

At the end of May your ward team successfully secured a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) for Christopher Lee. Mr Lee is one of our area’s most prolific offenders. He has a long history of violent offences on our ward which has included multiple cases of common assault against shop workers and emergency workers. 

The CBO stipulates that Mr Lee cannot now enter the area around Vitoria and most of the southern part of the borough of Westminster until 19th May 2031. If he should do so he will be arrested and charged for breaching the Order.

A CBO is a significant tool in our efforts to target persistent offenders. Securing one requires the following of a painstaking and meticulous process. Getting one for Christopher Lee is a significant achievement and will have a positive impact on our streets.
