Patrol update

On Friday 12th June 2026, a male from Bridgend was arrested and charged in connection with two thefts—one at the Co-op in Brackla and a second at the Co-op in Coity. He has since been issued conditions not to enter either store.

Early in the morning of Saturday 13 June 2026, a male from Wildmill was arrested by Bridgend Response Team on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs. The male has since been remanded in custody and is due to appear at court on Monday 15 June 2026.

On Saturday 13th June 2026 a second male was also arrested in relation to a theft from B&M Bargains at Picton Court Retail Park. He has been issued conditions not to enter Picton Court Retail Park.

On Sunday 14th June 2026 a female was issued with a section 35 direction to leave notice after being found in an intoxicated state and causing a general nuisance
