Child Centred Policing Team

The Kent Police Child Centred Policing Team PCSO's are currently engaging with year 6 pupils in the Thanet District to deliver transitional talks to the local schools. The presentation is an opportunity to discuss the age of criminal responsibility and how to be prepared for the next chapter in education. It was a positive engagement supported by teachers and staff.

Kent Police joined the Thanet District Council Team to deliver partnership working on Online Fraud. The children at the local primary school enjoyed some interactive games which raised awareness of the potential dangers of using social media and how to stay safe.
