Card Defenders - protect your bank cards from being skimmed!

With the considerable increase in the volume and the variety of cons & scams, may we recommend that everyone carrying bank contactless cards should have one or more Card Defenders. This also applies to Oyster cards and students’ ID cards.

You can prevent such things with the Card Defender.  It is a sleeve holder that contains RFID blocking technology and it protects contactless cards from being read.

The Card Defenders are available from Wycombe District Neighbourhood Watch Association for just £1.00 each, or £0.80 each for 5 items or more plus postage.

In addition, we can also offer Card Defender Diamonds.  They also provide RFID blocking technology, but as a single card (8.5 x 5.4 cm) with spaces on it to enter your In Case of Emergency phone numbers in case you lose your phone.  They will protect contactless cards that are in alignment with it and within a 10 cm radius from the skimming device.  This then eliminates the need for multiple individual Card Defenders.  Our price for this item is £3.00 each or £2.60 each for 3 items or more, plus postage.

The total cost of postage for up to 10 x Card Defenders or up to 8 x Card Defender Diamonds is £0.91 for second class post or £1.80 for first class post.  For greater quantities, please advise us and we will provide you with the postage cost.
