Community Alert - Attempt Burglary

Good afternoon,

We would like to make residents aware of an attempt burglary that occurred in the Ordsall Area in the early hours of the morning.

Two suspects attempted to gain entry to a property but were unsuccessful. No one was harmed. Police enquiries are ongoing to identify the offenders.

We are asking residents to remain vigilant and take simple steps to protect your homes:

Ensure all doors and windows are locked, even when you are at home

Report any suspicious behaviour or unknown individuals in the area

Consider using outdoor lighting or CCTV where possible

Avoid leaving valuables on display
