Aberthaw power station demolition

To Residents 

For Residents to be aware, there is a planned explosion at Aberthaw power station, this controlled explosion of its main chimney has been scheduled for the 12th June 2026. 

As such the area around the station will have restriction and locals are to be made aware that the police and services have been informed by the contractors.
