Traffic OP Result

Yesterday (11th of June 2026) your local neighbourhood team conducted a Traffic OP on Mellor Street, Rochdale. The aim of this is to make our roads across Greater Manchester, and the borough of Rochdale are safe for other road users and pedestrians. We aim to target the fatal four which can lead to a serious collision such as.

The results from yesterday, Operation: 

15X vehicles checks. I.e. Tax/MOT & Insurance- 15 vehicles. 

4X Traffic of reports (TORs)- for seatbelts

1X Section 59 warning- for inconsiderate and anti-social driving.
