While out on proactive patrol, officers from the Belgrave Neighbourhood Policing Team, working in partnership with the City Wardens, identified a vehicle that immediately raised concerns due to its condition. The vehicle was assessed and found to be not roadworthy, presenting a potential risk to other road users and members of the public. As a result, appropriate action was taken, and the vehicle was removed from the road to prevent any danger. This incident highlights the importance of joint working between police and local partners. By working closely with the City Wardens, we are able to act swiftly on issues such as unsafe vehicles, helping to maintain safer streets and a higher standard of road safety across Belgrave.
