🚨 E‑Scooter Seized in Evesham 🚨

Officers from the Evesham Town Centre Team seized an e‑scooter today (Sunday, 7th June 2026) on Deacle Place after establishing that it was being used without insurance. The rider was spoken to and appropriate action was taken.

We would like to remind the public that privately owned e‑scooters cannot be used on public roads, pavements, or cycle lanes in the UK. They may only be ridden on private land with the landowner’s permission. This is set out in national legislation and remains an important part of keeping our roads and public spaces safe.
