Thanks to everyone who attended our recent Ward Panel Meeting. As a reminder, we are just awaiting our teams working rota for the second half of the year and we will then establish a date for a meeting in September

For those of you who enquired about the traffic restrictions being put in place in Harleyford Road during the higher profile cricket matches at Surrey Cricket club this summer, I have received the following from  the Chief Steward indicating that a decision on opening the road will be dependant on the crowd getting into the venue:

The England test match is 17th-21st June. Our gates open at 0900 and the Safety Officer will make a decision each day as to when the road closures are put in place. The road is also closed to facilitate egress at the end of play around 1800 and the same applies as this is also a judgement call. It will also applies to other non international matches including T20, Hundred and World Cup matches. As far as bikes are concerned, we encourage people to dismount as they enter the road closures
